Good to know
Who is Jingle Jump for?
Children who are walking through age 5. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome free with a parent.
Do parents stay?
Yes. A parent or guardian stays in the gym for the entire session.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothes they can move in. Holiday outfits are perfect for photos! Children play barefoot or in grip socks, so shoes go in the cubbies.
Where do we go?
Above the Barre Industrial, 1087 Berea Industrial Pkwy, Berea, OH 44017. Check in at the front desk when you arrive.
When should we arrive?
10 minutes before your session. Sessions begin and end on time so every family gets their full experience.
Will there be photos?
Yes! Our team snaps photos of every family's visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and your private photo gallery arrives by email by December 22. You are welcome to snap your own too. Event photos may also be featured in Above the Barre's promotion; prefer not? You can opt out when you register.
What if my child is sick?
Please keep your child home if they have had a fever, vomiting, or a contagious illness within 24 hours of the event. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session receive a full refund.
What is the Jingle Jump cancellation policy?
Jingle Jump has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and missed sessions are not refunded. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule Jingle Jump because of weather or circumstances beyond our control, every registered family will receive a full refund.
